"Why will I require your services after I have purchased eTaxFile?"
In normal course, you wouldn't. eTaxFile has been designed as a very user-friendly system with very intuitive and self-directing user interface screens. However, to begin using eTaxFile, you need to populate the software with your organization's wage and contractor payment details. As a first step you will need to migrate your data into eTaxFile.
Data Migration
1. "All my information is available in spreadsheets."
Not a problem at all! eTaxFile can automatically import your data from any of the following spreadsheets / databases:
2. "We use an Oracle / SQL Server database."
Most industry standard RDBMS solutions have an in-built functionality to export their contents into comma separated value formats (CSV). eTaxFile can accept data from CSV formats.
3. "We use an ERP system with a proprietary database structure. Do you offer data-entry services?"
Yes, of course! In cases where automatic migration of data is not possible, we have a team of eTaxFile Consultants who can be assigned to enter data from each employee / contractor record into eTaxFile. Since this data is confidential in nature, this activity will be carried out in your authorized premises. Obviously, this activity will be charged for.
